Season 69 Testing - Grobnik

plan is to test as often as i can afford it.  part wear was lower than anticipated and i hope that will mean i can have 8-10 testing sessions, but it will also great be affected by my money.  this is a new level (Masters) and i'm not sure what to expect except a much higher level of competition.
we'll see how the season shakes out.

For Test Points a facilities upgrade did absolutely nothing, possibly due to no TD. Might need both for it to help, and also goes to show that Testing for CCP while in Amateur is only worth it in prep for getting to Pro but that it really, really needs Testing in Pro that first season too to get Testing CCP up properly, and that Testing Facilities are NOT needed in Ama, at all.

For R&D though there was a difference. First Session went from 86,7 total in Testing Points to 81,9 total in R&D Points. With upgraded Facilities the same numbers were 86,9 to 83,8. So I lost 2 less in translation to R&D, still not enough to push higher Facilities in Amateur.
