Season 60 Testing: Serres

Compare to Season 42 Testing, also in Serres, in this forum too.
It's a cheap Testing Track so know others will be testing hard to.
Basically it'll make it easier for newcomers to Pro and people pushing CCP points to catch up to the leaders in CCP as it's easier to build up to middling than to push from middling to high.

Expect around 9% (8-12%) on all except Gearbox which will be around 12% (11-16%), depending on your car parts levels and driver and how many stints you do Testing.
